Oversea sales manager

  1. Manage a team of sales reps to maintain and grow existing accounts and develop new revenue opportunities in the general business market.

  2. Responsible for achieving sales goals for all product lines in the sales region, through management of outside sales representatives and branch sales staffs.

  3. Responsible for driving revenues within this region.

  4. Will be responsible for developing new accounts, managing sales reps, maintaining a strong relationship with existing customers and will cover xxx% of the North American market.

  5. Generation of product revenue on existing product lines within the commercial marketplace.  

  6. Training sales force, and evaluating prospective and current competitiveness and general coverage of territory.

  7. Work to create a "high level of awareness" for company products with the sale force by a combination of in-person communication, written documents and mentoring. 

  8. Provide motivation to sales team to surpass sales targets through coaching and effective training.

  9. Provide leadership and guidance to a sales team of account executives, to achieve the monthly goals and quotas. 

  10. Responsible for recruiting all levels of account executives, tracking key accounts, holding sales meetings, and providing a positive working atmosphere.

  11. Responsible for retaining and expanding revenue-generating opportunities by managing the existing and expanding customer base.

  12. Research and target appropriate client leads.

  13. Become well acquainted with potential clients' strategies and marketing objectives, conduct new business presentations, structure deals for clients and write business proposals. 

  14. Generate revenue that will contribute to the sale team quarterly goals. Work with customers to resolve a sales related customer complaint, assist with sales presentations and proposals, and ensuring that all company standards are met.

  15. Conduct sales meetings, perform coach, hire, train and terminate (if necessary). 

  16. Set goals and objectives for assigned territory. Will be promoted to Regional manager in the next year if the performance is present.
