1. Design, develop, implement, and manage a corporate quality program.

2. Establish goals, objectives, priorities, and develop and execute action plans.  

3. Provide ongoing leadership, direction, and support for all business quality improvement initiatives.  

4. Responsible for hiring, budget, administration, planning and related activities.

5. Develop, implement, maintain and continuously improve systems to ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services, and to insure compliance government and international regulations applicable to our products.  

6. Ensure that products are developed, manufactured, tested and delivered according to established procedures, and that they meet all quality requirements.

7. Analyzes, evaluates, and presents information concerning factors such as business situations, production capabilities, manufacturing problems, economic trends, and design and development of new products for consideration by other members of management team.  

8. Develops initial and subsequent modifications of product assurance program to delineate areas of responsibility, personnel requirements, and operational procedures within program.

9. Evaluates contents of reports from facility QA function heads confers with division management preparatory to formulating fiscal budget for products assurance program.

10. Conduct management meetings with facility QA function heads to establish, delineate, and review program organizational policies, to coordinate functions and operations between departments, and establish responsibilities and procedures for attaining objectives.  

11. Review technical problems and procedures of departments and recommend solutions to problems or changes in procedures.

12. Visits and confers with representatives of material and component vendors to obtain information related to supply quality, capacity of vendor to meet orders, and vendor quality standards.  

13. Manage directly or through subordinates of quality control support activities.

14. Act as advisor to subordinate/ supervisors of staff to help meet established schedules or resolve technical or operational problems.
