Steel rough shape cutting

According to the needs of the products, the whole roll of raw materials is cut into corresponding size sheets.

The cut sheet or strip coiled material is used to punch out the required fitting through mould of the punch machine.

Press Equipment

Punch press equipment is used for punching, bending, blank holder, etc. According to the size of the product fitting and the thickness of the material to choose the appropriate punch machine. In hardware industry it's one of the most widely used machinery.

Mould

The  tools must be use for punch press and oil press machine and other machines during the mass production, through the mould can produce each fitting of the products. 

Inspection and Use of The Lathe

The lathe is the machine used when making the mold, the mold should be processed by lathe first. After the lathe processing and the heat treatment are finish, then it can be put into use for mass production.

Working of The Oil Press Machine

The oil press machine is usually used with the mould for drawing, blank holding and shaping of products. Same as punch machine, it's also widely used in the hardware industry.

Inspect The Products

During the production, check the product whether meets the requirements of customers. If they find the defect product, they should be correcte it in time, and the defective products need sort out for rework and repair.

Spot Welding

The parts of the product are connected and molded by spot welding machine. The common problems of spot welding products is poor welding or sharp burr.

Seam Welding

Usually used to weld can body with high sealing requirements products, which can effectively avoid water leakage. Its disadvantage is that it can not be used to weld the bottom of the product due to the limitations of the welding machine structure.

Cleat of the Press Equipment

Through the punch machine and mould, Bent two sides of the part to be connected first, and then buckled and flattened.

Soldering

Using electric soldering iron and tin to connect the shower tube with body, because it is purely manual welding, this process is slow in the production process.

Parkerising

Phosphating is a common surface treatment technology before coating. It is used to treat the surface of products before spraying. This process can improve the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the coating.

Powder coating

According to the color required by customers, the corresponding coating is used to spray powder coating on the product surface.

Drying

After spraying, the coating on the products surface is solidified and dried through high-temperature oven.

Packing

The good products are labeled and packaged according to the requirements of customers.
